Could be. I left the Beannie thread because it appeared irresolvable, not because I was convinced of the rightness or wrongness of either side of the complaint. JLA offered a resolution which was snubbed. I did not see a counter offer and the thread discussion was being halted over it. Ruse vs criminal behavior...good question. I'd like to see it come to closure because I liked the beannie thread.
