It pulled $20M over the weekend...considering the blizzard in the midwest, I think that's pretty good.

My stomach was in a knot for about 1 hour during the sustained battle scene...but it was good to see a realistic depiction of what the troops went through on the ground and in the air. They certainly deserve our honor and respect.

The History Channel had a show on the movie last night. They had 7 or 8 of the people who fought in the battle as commentators, and the overall take was that although the movie takes some license (by changing time lines, etc.), it is largely accurate historically and it does convey the feeling of the actual battle.

Looking forward to seeing the movie.
