But won't it also cost them some revenues or would this affect be delayed somewhat as the production flows from inventory? I am not sure this will have this large of an affect on the bottom line and there could be some one-time charges from the closures. Perhaps there will be some one-time gains if they decide to liquidate the facilities?

IMO, upside will come from expanding notebook processors based on momentum from return to this market and also hopefully from the Tbred mobiles.
