International, an Investment Banking firm headquartered in Santa Ana, Calif., today upgraded its October 12, 1999 Speculative Buy Recommendation on Xybernaut Corporation (Nasdaq: XYBR - news), Fairfax, Virginia, to a Buy Recommendation.
