For some time, Sun has been trying to bring the "low hanging fruit" in from the VARs via Internet sales, by requiring that VARs actually add some value, as their name implies, rather than simply trade on Sun's value proposition. Not all VARs have been happy with that, as it has impacted their sales. Perhaps some of those are in Milunovich's sample.
