oh there is a lot of upside room left, given some time. But the pickings for stuff that is cheap right now has gotten slim, if you avoid the networkers. Utsi is really very cheap, assuming the numbers are reliable.

R, I have another one for you that is statistically cheap, besides the Lwin, and Utsi I mentioned. Have you looked at Intrado(trdo)? It is absolutely insane how cheap it is. 1.5x sales, a pe of 12x next years e, and this is at the bottom of the e cycle. I think it was Morgan that named it there best software idea yesterday, so you have some institutions pushing it, which is a great help.
