Well, judging from the high level of complacency, everyone seems to agree with you that the rally is for real. So this time, at long last, the majority of eager traders will be right and make money buying overpriced stocks.

The falling earnings and cloudy outlook don't really matter, because analysts are still upgrading everything in sight, no matter what. And the analysts can certainly be trusted, because they're close to the firms underwriting and making a market in the stocks, so they must have inside knowledge.

Given the historically high valuations, at a time of global uncertainty, it's all a tad perplexing. Something ain't quite right about it all. But if you've checked the deed, and it says "Brooklyn Bridge" plain as day, go ahead and buy into it.
