A good guess. It's certain they are not outraged about Al-quaeda terrorists.

They may be outraged about Bush's election but likely they were prepared to lose because of their feeble-brained candidate who couldn't even win his home state.

They may be outraged that they are free and prosperous as much as it makes no sense. Guilt, I guess.
