It's nice to see you doing some homework, gc, but if you're referring to the down grade by the obscure Man Securities, it included csco and msft. As you can see from the linked charts, orcl was the only one of the three that didn't have a great Friday despite the downgrade.

everbody I know knew, and were short, but it was based on good analysis not inside info. IMHO
