If I hear see another post about how the Rydex funds can be used to divine the future market direction I'm going to get sick and blow groceries.

The same issue was raised on the MITA thread before we started the pre September plunge. Rydex fund numbers should not be used at the exclusion of other indicators because they were dead wrong last time around.

The NDX is now 25 pts higher than when that chart was produced. That's a gain of less than 2%

Had you invested on the basis of your conclusions from that chart, you would have been down over 9% at one point and probably stopped out.

If the high Rydex Arktos/OTC ratio of 18% + was indeed a buy signal, how do you interpret that ratio now that it is down to less than 12% ?
