Yes, XYBR's IPO missteps are very well known to anyone who does any DD regarding the company, as are its ongoing equity financing deals. As others have mentioned here, the only reason why investors express any interest in XYBR is because of its patent position in what may be a major emerging growth area of computing. It's a speculation and nobody maintains otherwise. If you have new information or other perspectives to offer I'm sure you'll find a ready readership here. If you just want to recycle stale information and offer innuendo then you're likely to find a more receptive audience elsewhere.
