Hi Tom, well the economy also looks like it could be recovering to a 4 to 5% growth rate later this year.

the Very sharp wall street economist Ed Hyman was very early in pointing this out at the end of last year.

The Nasd rally from Q4 of 1998 to Q1 of 2000 was helped by lots of FED liquidity and also by investors moving en masse into tech and internet related stocks.

Value stocks and many "brick and morter" stocks like S and JCP were avoided by those same investors.
