Brooke, we were either due to crash or rebound in the COMP according to the weekly chart. Since we didn't crash, we're going to rally. It does seem like this rally is going to be compressed a bit, but I would expect a re-trace here this week before we take out the Feb highs on the COMP.

As for the NYA and Dow, if there is rotation out of these and into techs, they might suffer a bit. My guess is that since so many of the funds have gotten out of techs that any inflows will benefit the NYA and Dow.

The institutions and hedges may chase the techs, but funds like Janus are tracking closer to the NYA than the COMP now.
