Frank,

It is typical for a stock's price to return to the same number sometime after a reverse split. This certainly happened after TVX's last one and I've seen it with others as well. Whether justified or not, selling follows the reverse split as if it were the kiss of death. The last time, TVX more or less had to do it to meet their agreement with the bondholders (who eventually took possession of the company) to maintain a NYSE listing. Now that the bondholders have been paid off in shares, they could just move to the NASDAQ or AMEX and avoid all this bad juju. It makes you wonder what management's true motivation is.

Regards,

vt

Nice quiet grub, though I think you should put GRUB as the first thing you write to make it easier for Roe when he returns to check the 40 list<GGG>. Got the big 8888 lined up for later today? Keep up the good work!
