WELL k, despite all the wailing and gnashing of teeth by the permanent grimsters over the last year, they have almost no progress to show for it since bears started making their appearance on national mags and news papers in the 3rd week of march 2001.

neither seem to confirm, or even come close.

I've read some compelling commentary from HB, Chris Carolan, and others that indicators like the P/C and TRIN are wont to fail, or suffer in thier usefullness, due to the change in dynamics between Bull and Bear markets. All that being said though, REAL overhead resistance for tech is still a little bit away<g>
