Yup, lots of bullishness here and most swing bears I read have either capitulated or are clearly feeling trapped.

The Dow/XMI turns back today. A doji wouldn't surprise me. If it doesn't, I become a bull.

SOX has to weaken today or tomorrow. If it doesn't, I become a bull.

In both cases, the weekly sticks are what I am planning around. That is, where we will likely end the week.

It's very simple. If I do become a s-t bull, I won't just unbox my short today. I would wait a few days until we have out next correction. Hopefully, we'd see the ears come back into the game and it would be on that weakness that I would unbox.

Lots of charts look very good. Good volume. Nice breakouts. Big deal. I have never seen a turn where this was not the case. Think about it. If a push up did not look good then we'd all get rich 'cause shorting would be easy.

Transport strength took me by surprise yesterday, especially some reversals in the truckers, but my retailers looked weak. A few transports had powerful breakouts: DAL and FDX come to mind. Very powerful thrusts our of s-t putative rising wedges. That's Hound'ish, no doubt about it, and it has made those charts look more like 3 of 5 moves rather than weak topping formations.

Today we have a couple of the big retailers reporting and again a couple more on Thursday. I will be keying off them and I expect them to be soft despite reporting good numbers.

Key transport stock to watch:
JBHT -- is it really going to reverse that bear flag? That would be a powerful s-t Hound signal. I favour that it goes soft today and begins a strong leg down.

Key retailer to watch:
KSS reports today and is sitting just under resistance from the Dec high.
