I'm surprised you didn't also see yourself as part of: 'A few folks have been in this field for eons. Like I need to hear from them about the way it used to be and their take on the future?' Weren't you an IBM guy? Not fab work of course but you can still count yourself among those engineers whose views on the future I deride in the hoax ;-)
