ROFLMAO.

Frequenting the RW-crowded boards, I find.

My beef with Limbaugh isn't so much what he says, it's what he doesn't say. One never gets the other side of the story ... as in school vouchers or the Bush economic stimulus package, for example. Never.

Until the advent of Fox News, you could say the same for the mainstream media from the conservative viewpoint..... Entertainers like Rush provide some balance...

Come on, tell the truth now. Your beef with Limbaugh is really about his being instrumental in the Republicans' winning the House in 94, isn't it?

Hey flap, I'm 36 and have been listening to him for 11 years.

Rush Limbaugh is an IDEALOGUE. Plain and simple. Also, rush is EDITORIAL. Which in my eyes most of the mainstream press seems to have blurred the line between facts and opinion. The news should be an explanation of the facts.

I'll say this about Rush, his logic is like a steel cage. Opinion should be based on an analytical view of the facts presented and Mr. Limbaugh's opinions always seem to be solidly founded on facts. No liberal emotionalism allowed.

Most liberal spokepeople are always so angry, so bitter.

My sister's boyfriend is a classic liberal. He's a computer programmer (figures) and the other day he was working on a project for Merck.

He heard (an unsubstantiated rumor) that Merck is making like $100,000 a minute on some project he's working on. (Hey, I hold MRK - sounds good to me)

Man, was he upset, he's sitting there complaining about how this drug company is making so much money on this thing, how unfair that was...bla..bla.

I told him this, "Dude, why does it matter to you how much they are making, they're paying you $50 and hour to program this stuff for them. You should be happy that they are working to provide a product that keeps you gainfully employed. Think of it as 'trickle-down economics'"

But what do I know?
