Regarding Grenada, you may well be right, but regarding Kosovo, no way. It was not a (european) problem at all, it was just petty politics. For months they were squabbling IF we go in, then under whose leadership, what color shirts do we wear, and how do we split the costs, etc etc etc. The Yugoslavian problem is an ethnic squabble which goes back 1200 years and has nothing to do with the US. But all open minded Europeans were happy when the US took the initiative.
Sorry this has nothing to do with oil drilling, I will to improve.
