I'm not a TA guy, but am enjoying the way ITRO stock is "building a base" so to speak. No volatility, just a few cents a day, but always ending the day close to or at the day's high.

P.S. Does anyone with Level II notice anything to suggest that a firm is accumulating, but doesn't want it to appear so? Robert the Engineer???? Don't you have Level II?
