I'll bet there are at least a dozen lurkers out there for every poster, probably a lot more.

I don't want to seem like I side with jtech, because he/she seems to come across as a tad abrasive. BUT, I share a similar disdain for pay-for trading newsletters and chatrooms. They make money for their owners, perhaps members get an education, more often all they get is a "crutch" (which is of course always the intention of the owners).

In my book, anyone worth their weight in trading knowledge would not waste their time running a chatroom/newsletter. The people running these rooms have obviously figured out that it's much more profitable and much less risky to run a trading room than to do the trades themselves.

And, there are many of these rooms (and I'm not saying yours is one of them), where the room owners, front-run their calls ahead of their "sheep". It happens.
