The greatest crime of all; incompetence! These are people who were paid more in one year than most people make in a lifetime.

Being incompetent is not a crime. But you hit upon the area that I hope sees some real change in the months to come - that of executive compensation. Management has been taking way too much from the shareholders. The good that I see coming from the demise of Enron is that this is finally hitting society's gagging point.

Tell me, what do you think of a coach who takes in a healthy athlete and pushes him to use experimental drugs/training techniques and causes the kid to die?

That is an awful comparison. Drugs are illegal, debt is not. The fact that Enron had too much debt and took risks with that debt is appalling, but I don't know of any laws that prohibit it.
