I didn't realize that not voting was a vote against the merger.
Usually a non vote is counted as support for the management decision, which would be pro-merger. I already voted for it, so the point is moot. But it's still interesting.

I have received the same calls and duplicate mailings. For one thing these duplicate proxies make it confusing. So I will at lease wait to see what the ISS Report says.

Lynn,
I received one call. Advised that my Bull Dog had voted already. They said thank you with no effort to swing my vote either way. I also received the second proxy mailing. The Poodle ate it.
