Hi Paul: Re. UCU

Lousy revenue base in the KC area. Also lost major storage last year near Hutchinson KS. Too much debt? How are they hedged? I think OKE is better hedged but may have same debt problems. They do pay well. WR is in same debt boat and relieved shareholders of major capital thru WESTAR, but pays well. On the other hand, except for me, who does'nt have a lot of debt at this time? All this FWIW.

But fundamental fact about utilities, they can usually finance their debt. Thinking I will add to GUT.

Best Wishes;
Rails
