The answer is to get our public schools to deliver the education we already pay for. If there is a "rage", it is partly because guys like me don't want to send our kids to the public cesspool and have to pay twice to get the education they deserve. Yeah it pisses me off. I'm hardly ever home but that's what I have to do to pay for a GOOD education.

BTW, IMO, the only role the Fed should play in education is to set national standards, enforce uniform application of them, and fund ONLY the poor schools who lack proper funding. It is an outrage to me that Newport Beach gets a dollar while innnercity schools don't have windows.
