Disappointing that Kudlow would sink to typical "ratings is everthing" sensational talk show mentality. Kramer has/will always be a jerk; Kudlow is a great economist but a lousy host. Unfortunate that certain words have to always be used with extreme reverence...worse that many with these beliefs get their own shows. Religion aside, Kramer and Kudlow have been setting up guests since the shows inception. Must be good for ratings.

I think it is different with subordinates. I think the Navy philosophy is right on there. But this character who has written a book and is making the rounds selling it needs to be called to account in public. Otherwise, most folks will never see both sides of the issues.
