"As to idle curiosity." Hardly idle, considering the dollars lost. I'm not qualified to judge the energy policy. But I've been around long enough to know if I've done business with someone who turns out to be swindler, I go back and see if I've been an unwitting dupe somehow. I had windows installed by a company that went bankrupt soon after the installation, later I had problems with the windows because the installer was cutting corners to save money, in an attempt to delay his downfall.
