"MIND" was OK but I found it boring...seemed like it never got moving (to me)

John,

Re A Beautiful Mind...I read the book when it came out a few years back....and it really was superb. I actually bought it after reading a glowing review in the WSJ..... The book was written in nonflashy manner, yet once you got into it the story told itself.

I haven't seen the movie yet, and I almost don't feel the need to after having read the book, though I'm sure I'll get around to it eventually. I took the journal article last Friday as coming from someone who loved the book so much that no movie version would be good enough for them.
