The AMD report for 2001 shows a LOSS of $60.581 million for the year 2001. See the Consolidated Statement of Operations, the line Net income (loss). Read it and weep DumBert.

Albert,

Techincally, AMD reported a pro-forma profit for FY01; however AMD reported a GAAP loss for FY01.

Intel, on the other hand, reported a profit using either method, i.e. GAAP and pro-forma.
