I wonder what legislative strategies and agenda Daschole has that aren't shared with the President -- not to mention the Congressional legal staff counsel opinions that regularly opine that a piece of proposed legislation will be struck down by the Courts as unconstitutional if enacted. Hmm. Does Daschole sends those opinions over to the Supremes? Separation of Powers is the genius of the founding fathers -- unless, of course, it is wielded by a non-leftist. Then it becomes secrecy.
