Actually, in addition to the swell deal the steel company execs get out of this, the other thing that the Rovian calculus of Bushel-o-bull comes up with is a lot of key union voters doing the "right" Reaganesque thing in the November election in certain key swing Congressional districts. The election cycle is well upon us.
