It's hard for me to see a difference there, compared to the Priests-Altar boys. Presumably, the gay scout leaders are not repressed and horny. They have other options as gays. If they are pedophiles, as well, then that's another matter. The Boy Scouts should definitely screen out pedophiles, both gay and straight. Once you get past your "perception," you can see the difference. It's my understanding that the Scouts want to screen out gays because their behavior is deemed immoral, which is a different matter entirely from praying upon children. Karen P.S. I can't believe we're having another round of connecting pedophilia with homosexuality. I thought we had beaten that one to death. Every time we discuss it, I am reminded that the SI spellchecker doesn't recognize the word, pedophile. LOL.
