Hi Jane, I am still hassling with my cable company.I am getting good speeds during the day but it drops off in the afternoon when school gets out.What bothers me is that this is a brand new system and they have just started looking for subscribers. What happens when they build the subscriber base? Customer service is horrible every time I call there is a wait of 45 minutes. I have called the general mgr but I am not sure that it has done any good. My e-mail has been down several times over the past week.I use earthlink and have never had a problem with e-mail or connecting. The only problem is the speed. The cable company is adelphia. Does any one else use them? Is this the type service other cable companies give? They are sending out a tech this afternoon,any questions I should ask.I have to make up mind pretty soon as to whether to keep earthlink or drop the cable. TIA Ernie
