Mike, I just finished and can recommend Nassim Taleb’s book Dynamic Hedging – or at least flipping thru it as it’s aimed more at institutional type risk management. Still an interesting read at times with many eye-opening stories of trading room and board room incompetence thru the ignorance of probability, even among the otherwise intelligent and sophisticated. There are so many people who think that selling options can be a free lunch that he has a mantra: “Beware the Distribution”.
