If you have Adobe Photoshop, a simple script will do it. Combining batch processing with recorded action commands would be easy to automate since the images should all be the same size to begin with.

I know other graphics programs (LView Pro is one) have batch processing capability as well. If you want to zip up the files and send them to me, I can do it for ya. PM me.
