Where I live, a greater percentage of lower-class (economically) teen-age mothers keep their babies, because it's culturally acceptable and abortions cost money. In addition, many of these single mothers come out of the Appalachian tradition, and abortions are seldom an option for these people, for religious and other reasons. A girl of 15-16-17 having a child out of wedlock is certainly not unusual where I live. In fact, the public high school down the street has a day-care center for children of high school moms. I'm sure there are regional variations across this great country of ours, but I think my analysis is solid. For exact percentages, I would direct you to Prolife, since he qualified today an earlier statement of mine on this topic.

To reiterate: Teen-age abortion is mainly a phenomenon affecting "Republican" families.
