Note: Evile Vermine appears wherever his name is mentioned. We used to think this was some sort of supernatural phenomenon, the name of Vermine summoning the Evile one himself. As for most such things, there turned out to be a perfectly natural explanation: he runs searches for his name. Let's hope that he's lost that habit, and that you don't have to go to the trouble of banning him. I haven't seen his posts for a long time, and I hope never to see them again.
