Hi John, Maybe, in spite of all the chicanery in the reported numbers, and the difficulty I have of looking past the wreckage in the the telecom sector, the low short rates are doing their usual magic. And then I think about how many companies are getting shut out of the commercial paper market, not just the telecoms but also the merchant power guys and I'm really scratching to comprehend where the strength is. Except for the usual hot winds from the analysts and the media. I'd sure love to get over this cognitive dissonance thing.... <g> -Ray
