the geo was, but if you look at the Helio chart, there are some unlabeled turns real close to now...it's a very esoteric thing, even the guy who makes those charts admits to that, and he's a real astro guy. By and large it's more of a complimentary thing, whereas people are looking at it to confirm and reinforce other turn dates. Some of the turns have been amazingingly accurate though...but there is no way to know as it doesnot take into acct, highs or lows...just shifts in sentiment or direction more or less... a changing of market tides as it where, just as the moon moves the oceans tides
