<<reignition of irrational exuberance>> You are wrong. The exuberance was never put out, it just got swept under the housing door mat.

Jay, I have seen plenty of extinguished irrational exuberance and I do not believe those people will again in their lives feel irrationally exuberant about stocks. But there's one born every minute.

Millions missed the great fun of the last two decades of the 20th century. They'll pick up the Olympic Flame of Hope and Irrational Exuberance and rush onward to the next big boom. Give it a year or three. Gold might well be the next main event.
