Just trying to understand what the term "thoughtful discussion" means, Karen. Just which "thought" that I expressed do you take exception to? That an institution, promoted as and trusted by its membership to be a beacon of light, yet containing an infrastructure so riddled with corruption that it would enable the wholesale molestation of children, deserves its bankruptcy? Or are you suggesting that my mild statement of moral outrage over the enabling of the wholesale molestation of children is not warranted? Admittedly, the tone of my observations tends toward the dispassionate and expressions of moral outrage are unusual for me. I tend to save them for the really evil stuff. Do you think my outrage is misplaced in this case? Just what wasn't "thoughtful" about what I said in the context in which I said it? Perhaps "fold" and "bankruptcy" are too strong. Reinvented or reorganized might be sufficient. Is that little excess your concern? Karen
