BTW, who was president on 9/11? ******************************************************* I've read some excellent arguments with supporting data that it was in fact the economic policies of both the Reagan & Bush I administrations that ultimately resulted in the healthy economy of the 90s. Of Course, G.W. was Pres on 9/11 but it is realllllly stretching it to assert that 9 mos. in office makes him responsible for the attack. He hardly had time to find his way to the oval office. The previous 8 yrs provided Pres Clinton with plenty of time to become aware of the strength the terrorists had acquired & he caused himself to be distracted with a personal scandal & did not notice the threat.
