Marketing weenies like Macs.

Actually, it's Adobe that likes Macs. I was going to migrate my user manual stuff to NT but I discovered the Adobe Windows applications are just lame adaptations of the Mac stuff. The only exception would be Photoshop, which runs OK on Windows. Acrobat 5.0 for Windows is an intrusive POS, in my humble opinion.

So I just bought an Imac. At $800 for the cheapo version, it's a pretty good deal. Forgive me Dan3!

combjell, Well, I used to use Quark on the Mac and Quark had it's head in the Mac sand for many years until so many other applications migrated from the mac to the PC thay Quark saw their sales drop dramatically, so they made a PC version. Works fine, as does photoshop.

Still the Mac has some web applications that people have trained on and do not want to retrain on another PC version, and so they cling to some share.

Jobs was certainle on an Apple suicide run when he came back. Still, Apple is still fairly large, 3% of the PC market is a nice big number.
