The recognition of how dependent the soldiers are on each other...and you see the turmoil that they experience if they feel the 'let down' or didn't perform perfectly their assignment. Lives are on the line in the heat of battle and split second decisions are made that may or may not be right. It's just so damn friggin' easy to be "arm chair quarterback" like Dashole
