It's normal. A risk factor of the deal maybe not going through.

I had another issue do the same thing. An arbitrager might take a hedged position here (long FGX, short GLG) if they think the deal will go through.

No guarantees in this business. Odds are good for 13+ bucks, so I'm going to hang on for a couple of more days and see what develops.

Hey, I have been holding this puppy for nearly 2 years. I am not going to quibble between 12.80 and 13.13. Yes, I took part profits at 12.80 when she nosed over. Still holding more than 50% of my investment and plan to let the chips fall as they may. Think CC is right, things will get better but I wanted my investment back!
