I can't see any down side to this deal. It is leveraged to the POG, but only on the up side. If POG goes up prior to the closing (May 15 ) there is great potential for higher offers and a possible bidding war. Who knows?? There is the option though to move some cash out but I would only move it to another solid junior that also has high leverage to POG. I may take some profit and put it towards MFL. This move could have better up side, but it also has some down side risks measured against the POG> Scott
