You know Iso, the takeover with FGX is just the tip of the iceburg, IMO. Remember the 80's in the patch when the majors found it cheaper to takeover the jr. oils instead of explore themselves to increase their reserves?

I think the major golds know what is what and will be more and more on the acquisition trail in the coming months.

BWDIK? Just more seat of the pants observations.

Over the last 5 trading days bought good sized positions in EPEX and CRK, and a toehold in CNRD. Buying more of the same today. Waiting to add to SWC. <eom>

Iso, OT. My understanding is that you can trade that old family money in for some brand new Greenspammers. <g>

It is fun to manage money on your own. Sometimes it gets a bit lonely, like when you pay your health care insurance. <g> Man, I wish I could buy health insurance call options. None of my investments go up that much. With certainty.
