Well we know it will be roughly 17.0M shares. I doubt that more shares will be issued (re: Montana deal) cause they will not have the time to bring the resource in the PP category.

I was guessing $2+ simply because the market will eventually realize that the assets in Nicaragua, although unproven, will be worth at least $0.50-$0.75. Also do not forget the 2%NSR on Guatemala. That alone will be worth a lot 12-24 months down the road. ExploreCo will have a lot of exploration potential.... Assigning an initial premium to cash of $0.50-$0.75 is very conservative IMO.

In the mean time.... gold and GLG stock price will tell where FGX stocks goes.

It should be about 17mil shares in the new company, if there is $1.50 per share that'll be 25mil, or did I miscalculate and it can easily trade at $2.00 or more depends on POG and market in general. In the last market frenzy in and arounfd 1996,97, lots of moose pasture traded for more than that.
