PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH has done nothing that would make me ever question his judgement in matters like this. If you believe with certainty that ene did not act in self interest in suggesting whatever you are a fool. But PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH is one smart fellow and he would not be fooled by suggestions of self-interest just for ene at the expense of the folks. In any case there are 240? pages of a National Energy policy. Have you read it???
