The statistics don't seem to indicate such. (See #234553.)

More __________ (fill in the blank with any ethnic group you desire) vote Republican than do blacks.

The only shift I see occurring is that more whites are aligning themselves to the Republican Party and all other ethnic groups are aligning themselves to the Democratic Party.
